Went there 02/08 wanting to look at the Omega / Blancpain collabs not expecting them to have much in stock , to my surprise pretty much everything was available ! I spent likely over an hour being annoying and asking the sales person to bring different watches to try and took ages to make up my mind , she was absolutely lovely and some of the nicest customer service I had in a long while ! I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was an American girl wearing pink Moonswatch and interest in marine life ! If you go here try and find her and I can guarantee your experience will be great ! (Can’t speak about other staff members as I haven’t interacted with them but she was the only one who noticed me in the shop )

To Sean and the 2 girls in the shop this afternoon; (staying in Edinburgh for a few days) I went over to ask a simple question I had about my Swatch watch I got for Xmas 2022 from my dear husband and it happened that my watch was faulty. Not only the girls super amazing attention and customer service but Sean swapped the head of my watch with no problem. Sean and his team reminded me of what a perfect customer service Swatch has and always had. Greatly appreciate your help. Thank you so much. Merce Treanor (from Dublin)

Finally I got moon watch. Whenever I walked in front of this store every time, it was out of stock, but one day happened to be in stock, so I bought it. When I always asked my employees whether they would reconsider, they responded kindly. But moon watch is too overvalued….

While the staff were fine, the two security were having a relaxed chat in their native languages and greeted us with "good evening". After not hearing and responding, one of them raised their tone and stated us down. Saying in an intimidating matter to say "I SAID GOOD EVENING" . This experience made us feel extremely threatened and unwelcome. This is absolutely appalling, and is not a way to treat potential customers. If a customer doesn't wish to respond/or is unable to hear they should still feel welcome to browse freely in the store rather than be intimidated by security. What if customers were hearing impaired or disabled? Unfortunately due to this occurrence, I can't really recommend anyone to come to this Swatch store and will have to give it 1 star. occurance: 6 April 5PM
