Dr. Mezher performed a colonoscopy on me on 9/12/23. I have zero negative comments to make. His staff was professional & friendly and Dr. Mezher was sincere in his post-procedure follow-up, informing me of the findings. I'll need one more colonoscopy in my life.. and Dr. Mezher will be my doctor of choice. Thank you for your professional and caring work. Kimberlee Stephens
Absolutely Terrible customer/medical services. From making an appointment to billing, I was the one who made calls to communicate. They intentionally have only one phone number for the whole clinic and billed me a ridiculous amount for only consultation. I would give them a 0 rating, if I could.

Bechara Mezher, MD and the team at Swan did a great job on my colonoscopy. I especially appreciated that they supported my request to have this procedure without sedation or anesthesia (normally they would have done it with sedation). They were on-time, friendly, and caring. Thank you!
Prior to my procedure, I was somewhat anxious. However the staff were very efficient and friendly and put me at ease. The check in was very smooth and the procedure performed in a relaxed environment. The procedure itself was very quick and I was provided a written document of the initial findings. The doctor communicated with me afterwards to explain and answer any questions. I was very grateful that the doctor sent the lab report electronically in less than a week so I didn't have to wait. The doctor, facility and staff are wonderful. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great gastro doctor and team!
