Owen and Igor did an amazing job. They were both very polite and friendly. They made sure everything was completed to satisfaction, before and after photos to show the change. I ran my A/C when they left (to clear any lingering dust and blow out anything that didn't get caught). There was no dust, dirt, or pet hair left. The ducts were immaculate. I am not sure what the people who left 1 star reviews were expecting, but you are not going to find anyone to clean your vents for $99. That is the inspection fee as stated. Additionally, Owen quoted every cost associated with the cleaning prior to starting anything. We agreed on a price, and that was the price I paid. He even let me know there was an additional 3% for using a card prior to agreeing on a price. All of my ducts were cleaned as they said they would be. There were a few issues with some of my grates (from cooking oil being pulled into the returns over the course of a decade) and they let me know. They pulled the grates to show me inside was clean, and just the exterior of the grates were dirty. They attempted to clean the grates, but did not have a degreaser. These two went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. I will be calling them back to do the complete other tasks in the future.

The financial savings from having them maintain the air conditioner in my workplace twice have been substantial. I've never experienced a problem when working with them because of how competent and professional they are. You ought to pick this business if you or a buddy needs help with an air conditioner.

I'm posting this for my friend Alicia. They were at her home 8/29/23. They promised her all her vents would be cleaned for 99. They didnt do all the vents and all they did was vacuum the very fronts. They performed services they tried to charge more for and did not ask permission or tell her. They vacuumed out the dryer vent and told her after it was going to cost 50$ They took the lids off the returns and then asked 50 dollars each to clean them. When she said no the workers gave her attitude. They were going to use a drill with a rag stuck on the end to clean the returns. They didn't say anything and They were loading up to leave. And several vents were not done. They insisted they were done. They didnt complete the job and tried to upcharge and did not ask before doing extra work so they could charge more. Alicia had a horrible experience with this company. The company called Alicia and asked her to remove this review. She declined, so they offered to send people back out or refund her 100$. She chose the refund. They said they'd come drop it off and they didn't.
