Sushi Monsta

Worst sushi I’ve had in a long while. First and foremost I asked for the Cherry Blossom roll which according to their pictures is suppose to be several large rolls arranged to look like hearts containing tuna and salmon. What I got was 8 small regular rolls with freezer burnt or brown tuna on top and Barely a single speck of salmon inside. I ate two and realized something was off. I lifted up my fish just to see that the rice was red? I’ve been eating sushi containing tuna many a year and NEVER had a piece of fish leave red residue on my rice. It’s like they colored the fish to make it look fresh. The miso was clearly OLD. ‘Why? How?’ you may ask- well there was a clear distinction between the onions in the soup. On one hand we had fresh cut onions and on the other hand we hand a soggy nearly disintegrating chopped onion. I was so disappointed in this. I won’t be ordering again and I encourage others not to even waste the time engaging with this establishment. I should have read the reviews first like normal but DoorDash made it seem so good. At this point I feel like any good review left is probably fake.

ordered the spicy tuna roll, it had a weird smell and weird taste as well. so sad i didn’t like this place

The food is good but I add it salmon and tuna and they did not put any of it and I pay extra for it.

Worst sushi and ramen I’ve ever had in my entire life. Everything is imitation and has a disgusting smell. I ended up throwing everything away because I couldn’t stomach it. $30.00 wasted. I’m never coming back. I wish I had read the reviews first, especially the one about the employee handing food while handling her hair. Overall the worst food experience I’ve had in a long time.

First, we tried to order online. It did not work. When we got there, we ordered at the register and went and sat down while we waited for our food. I then watched in amazement as the young lady that had just taken our order, stood between the register and the food prep area. With her bare hands, she removed her hair tie and commenced to messing with her hair. She pulled it back several times and eventually re-applied her hair tie. She then went back to handing customers their orders. NEVER WASHING HER HANDS FIRST!!! I approached her and explained how that looked doing that in the service area including not washing her hands. Her reply “oh ok” I was not impressed. Would not recommend and will not be back.
