Surterra made me feel at home! The staff is so nice, but I had the greatest experience with Ysabel helping me. She was so nice and listened to what I needed and helped me find what was best for me! I couldn’t have had a better experience than with her. I’ll be coming back asking for her every time!

The tender was awesome and the place was nice. However I am beyond disappointed with the products. Even with a first time. 60% off I don’t think anything I have tried thus far was worth the money. Florida has a lot of catching up to do as I have been fairly underwhelmed with each place I have visited.

Great people working here & great products! Wade & Bryce are always so helpful!They are definitely an asset to this store as their great customer service skills are nearly hard to find these days. Thanks for being awesome guys.

Excellent products anything coral reefer is good. The flower is primo and always a quality trim job(no sugar leafs). My recommendations are the full spectrum float carts their the best around even compared to other premium options.

Great place, and great staff. Everyone has always been very helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve always been able to come in, and leave in a reasonable amount of time, if I even wait at all. I absolutely love the ‘far side of the world’ vape, I only wish there was more varieties of that particular strand : ) A great joint all around, and I would highly recommended

I did not even know that Surterra had a location in Claremont. Wow! What a find or a diamond in the rough! I had an amazing experience with a really nice guy named Bryce and a really lovely woman named Aubrey! They took the time to ask me questions and find out what products would be best for me. While I had to wait a while for them to get out the additional products that were locked up in the bulb, they took the time to spend asking me more questions about myself. Overall, my visit was definitely a five-star!
