Beware of the contract. It states that nothing the salesman says orally is binding. Scott promised the moon on my deck-build. He said that they use no subcontractors, hand picked the wood, and would provide me a detailed plan. Those are misrepresentations of what happened on my job. I have a great deck today, but I had to argue and insist on most every point. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. There is a dire need for customer service at this company. Not recommended.

Highly satisfied both with the customer service and the work they did. Vary professional and great quality. Had them come out and do a full bathroom remodel for my bathroom looks amazing and I'm just in love with my new walk in shower. I highly recommend them for your next project.

Surface Bella refused to even do a quote for me. Sales agent said his manager did not want to do my project. My project was to enlarge my shower. Response to the Owner response. OK, I will tell the truth. No one bashed your company 3 sentences. Your company refused to give me a quote which is a fact. I'm not a customer because your company denied me that ability providing poor customer service. Yes, your rep clearly told me that it can not be done in April, (the time I wanted to sell my house) which is fine. I responded that we could do it in the summer then. We did not have a strict deadline to sell our home. I understand materials are hard to get. Everything is hard to get. Your rep also said you have done this before by moving the shower to another wall but said the owner said we will not do your house and we will not provide a quote. Confronted with the reality, you said I had 2 choices. I had a 3rd choice that I communicated with the sales rep. Move it to the summer. We both agreed and went over how I wanted the bathroom. Your response to me not getting a quote on google reviews shows character as a business. It shows you don't want business. Most businesses would have apologized instead of coming back at me and would have tried to earn my business.

I am a former employee, unfortunately I had to resign my position for to a family accident. However, I can say that I would trust Surface Bella to do any upgrades to my home. They are a professional and experienced group of people who complete each task on time and in a squared away manner. I truly recommend Surface Bella.
