When I reserved through a third party site, the amenities included hot breakfast. Right after I got the confirmation email, I got an email from the hotel that breakfast would be grab and go. Bait and switch came to mind... The property needs updating, but it's a decent enough place to stay. It's a bit hard to get to, but if it's not a terrible time of day, you shouldn't have too much trouble. Average ..but a good price.
Hi , this place is a gem , the rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly and swift to help , the owner runs a tight ship and it is a delight to stay here. It has laundry facilities, ample parking, vending machines and a gas station walkable within a minute from this hotel . Absolutely would recommend .
The SureStay hotel in Texas is worthy highlights of my traveling adventures for the year. I have stayed in six hotels so far this year, and this one is far away the best experience. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and the manager went out of his way to make sure that my visit was not only a pleasant one. I was there for a week and Whenever I needed anything, they took care of it in the flash. Above and beyond and that’s where these days
The price is right The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonable in size and cleanliness. It's neither old nor new. There are no amenities other than wifi. Breakfast is minimal, nothing I wanted to eat. Staff is unintrusive but welcoming. Parking is ample. Area is quiet and safe. Circle K across the street. The only reason I ever go to Benbrook is to visit family and I'm not spending any time at the hotel other than to sleep, and for that purpose, this hotel is completely adequate.
The people who work at the Best Western Sure Stay Hotel are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I was in a unique situation where I had to stay a lot longer than originally planned. I was waiting for my new place to be ready and it ran a week late. Everyone here at the hotel were super helpful in getting me set up for the additional time since I had to work remotely and I was so happy with the way they went way above and beyond anything I expected. The hotel was super clean, quiet… Very quiet and this was with at least 75% of the rooms taken. Great noise isolation I guess. I was pleasantly surprised. The housekeeping staff were also extremely polite and helpful and were always making sure that I had fresh towels, coffee, etc. They were always on point. The owners/managers and staff really care about and take pride in their job. You don’t see this very often anymore, unfortunately, so other hotels would greatly benefit taking a few notes on how it’s done and done right from these cool folks at the Best Western SureStay Hotel in Benbrook Texas.
