Super Star Car Wash

I tried to renew my membership on 4/17/25 but the casa grande Pinal branch screwed it up, I paid for a membership but I don't have one. No one wanted to assist me at either cottonwood& Pinal branch. I kept being told to go online, which I did with no resolution. Its the 25th still wasn't fixed. Now the casa grande Florence Blvd attendees are helping me. They found out my account was deleted but I was charged first. They are actually trying to help fix the issue. Thank you

Your Associate, Ana is very professional and customer oriented. She took the time to walk me through the process and made me feel as though I'd been there alot and welcomed.

This place is great and Vivian and Ann are very nice. The problem I have is I have left several messages for corporate and sent a message over the internet and I have yet to get a call back. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone and when I come here to explain. They just give me a little piece of paper with an email address. So corporate gets a zero

I was helped by this young girl ANA. She was very polite and very professional and very helpful. I was having issues with the payment process and she came and helped me no problem. Keep up the professionalism and good work ethic. Im very please of being part of Super Star Car Wash

I've never seen a place where the employees so regularly look miserable to be there. I'm sure they're making minimum wage but this job takes almost nothing to do, and they have their shoulders slouched with their faces dejected like it's the worst place they've ever been. Also, while the monthly fee is definitely affordable, I easily spend just as much money on cleaning products to finish the job at home, seeing as this place never gets your car truly clean. The back of my vehicle is always still dirty, and there are white soap spots all over my car no matter what time of day or type of weather I go in. Drying towels are soaking wet. Vacuums don't have enough power to even pull up dust, and the cleaner bottle smells like puke. This is the kind of place that I would only recommend to people when there's no other place to go.
