The renewal of one snow barrier has been going on for five months now, and the company's management has never seemed to have an idea of ​​the progress or status of the work at any point. All promises seem to be forgotten. The customer has to do a lot of work with this contractor to get the agreed schedules and the installers to work, and after the work, despite the promises, no report on the progress of the work is available. One star flatters this very chaotic operator in the eyes of the customer.

The roof itself will be ready in three days, but the final cleaning and correction of the reported deficiencies is still expected after 2.5 months. For the most part, the foreman doesn’t answer the phone or messages at all and promises completely tedious schedules that aren’t right, nor does it seem to be at all on the map what employees are doing at the sites. I have not received any apologies, but no explanations. I hope the roof is ok so I won’t have to deal with this company anymore. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The renovation was done quickly. Left to be desired at work. It is difficult to sort out the laundry.

Our housing company (Kivalterintie 5 / Hki) replaced the leaking brick roof with a tin roof and is now in the final stages of the project. The seller was VILLE KUOSMANEN and I can truly say from experience that it was a good product presentation and implementation. The rooftop group also knew what they were doing and there was no taste of flaky work - on the contrary, they worked up to 14 hours a day, including Saturday and Sunday, while maintaining quality! The extra insulation wool was run to the top yesterday and felt positive the very next night, with considerable theoretical savings on an annual basis. I wonder a little about these "one star" givers - did you even know what you needed ??? KM
