5120 - 62 st. Red Deer t4n 6p9 RAINBOWS (when you move in) Absolute HELL when you move out. Security door system hasnt been working for the whole building for months, so no delivery of packages or fast food. (Unless they agree to call your phone first) Horrifically inflated move out clean bill. Way off the charts outrageous!

Very nice apartments, and also a good attitude to newcomers, we had a situation that we just arrived in Canada, and it was difficult with the English language, but thanks to this company we were able to find a great place to live in which we live more than a year and there are no problems. Thank you

I had a bad experience with suncountry. If someone is renting a house, make sure they will clean the place properly because they will take half of your deposit when you move out and they won’t even reply you back.

Moved to Red Deer for work purposes. Fantastic customer service and accommodating. Don and his team are professional and approachable—clean and well-stocked accommodation.
