Customer service was terrible. For starters, I pulled into the service department lot to where a sign stated “please wait for attendant”. I sat in my vehicle for about 10 minutes and no one approached me as I stared at the glass door to the service department. I get out my vehicle and enter the location. As I entered there were 2 gentlemen sitting at the desk with a clear view of my vehicle. I turned around to verify my vehicle was visible from inside . No one greeted me as the service writers were on their phones scrolling through them. The wait time was an hour plus for an oil change and I was the only one in the waiting room. The only good thing I can say about my time spent there was the cashier. She was the only form of customer service I’ve received. Long story short, I felt I was a bother for having an appointment to get an oil change

The service team is the best in the business. They value their customers and always do the right thing. They are kind, thorough and good at what they do. I would recommend the Wantagh Sun team to anyone. Thank you Mike and Bob for always making it easy to service my car.

Bob McKenna should be praised for going above and beyond to assist us and problem solve. His communication was very clear and his follow through was exceptional. He is an asset to your dealership. I also left an official review on the other site.

After calling several dealerships and doing research in person and over the phone for the Buick Envista I was looking for, I knew from my very first conversation with Justin that SUN Auto was the best place to make my purchase.
