I brought my van to this shop over 2 weeks ago. They gave me the run around for 2 weeks and kept changing what the issue was. I recently had my fuel injectors replaced brand new, only for the people at this shop to break the lines & cause a fire hazard. After that, I obviously wanted my van back. The cops had to be called because they wouldn’t let me take my van back. Needless to say, my van is back in my possession and at a trustworthy shop. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. My current mechanic is now fixing the issues this shop caused. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

I got new tires from the shop next to them (Save On Tires) and that shop sent the alignment to Sun Auto to perform. I had issues with the tires I was given within the tire and alignment warranty period, however I had to resolve the issue with Goodyear instead of Save On Tires replacing the tires. Once new tires were installed by Pompano OK Tires which is also close to Sun Auto, it was way past the warranty period...several months past the warranty period. I had a lot of issues with Save On Tires next to them that sold me the original tires which I had the receipt at the time, but by the time I got new tires paid for and covered under the Goodyear warranty and needed the alignment done again with the new tires, I lost my original receipt. I also had a lot of issues with Pompano OK Tires as well lying to me and giving me a very hard time because they didn't want to give me new tires and wanted the original shop to take care of it. But Sun Auto was the only shop who didn't give me any issues. I told the owner, I believe, of Sun Auto the situation and he didn't give me a hard time. He said "no problem, I'll take care of it" and took my car in and did the alignment right away and for free. He could have given me a hard time since I didn't have a receipt to show them, but he was so understanding and wanted a satisfied customer. I am very satisfied and grateful. Thank you!
