The employees are very knowledgeable and professional! I received a high quality stretch and felt amazing after.

I’ve been coming weekly for about 4 weeks now and each time I am met with the two friendliest employees, Kristiana and Tiffany, who are also eager to ensure my experience is effective, productive and enjoyable. Kristiana customized my work out to my areas of concern and then slowly worked me back to my stretch plan. When expressing my desire to continue stretching at home, I was given helpful information along with a “how to” tutorial. Tiffany asked me to demonstrate what I saw and she made sure that I was using the proper technique before allowing me to leave. They are super fantastic and very knowledgeable. I will continue sharing the information for this business!
