Came in to look at new cars on a whim .Left with a lovely new car same day.Part exchanged my old Mazda for a new cx5.Daniel the salesman was helpful not pushy showing me the different models until I was shown the one that suited my lifestyle.Very happy thanks Stoneacre and Daniel.

Inconsiderate company. They have a lage employer car park yet let one moron park on the main road outside. Gjis causes no end of issues with traffic. After 2 phone calls and a promise to ring back the car is still parked where it causes issues. A 40 foot transporter had to park on the wrong side of the road because this employees car blocked access to the loading bay. Stoneacre only care about selling cars and not their public image. Disgusting company.

We cant thank the staff at Stoneacre Halifax for all your help today. After a long drive up from Lincolnshire a fault showed up on our Peugeot,we called into this dealership(even tho we didnt buy the car from Halifax) They ordered the part, gave us a courtesy car so we could carry on our work, fixed it and got us back on the road in a few hours! All with a smile and even asked if we would like the car washed.Great service,thanks lads! Def rec.Wish i had bought the car from them! THANK YOU

Called into the showroom on Sunday and was met by Myles who provided excellent customer service throughout. He had good knowledge about the cars and found me the perfect car which I picked up on Wednesday. A very pleasant experience throughout. A big thank you to Myles and also thank you to the guys who I met when sorting the documentation out. Efficient service from start to finish. Will definitely visit again

I have a mixed experience with this place. I am not sure I would go back again. I was happy with the experience when I got my car serviced, though they seemed not to be able clarify my car was under warranty and consequently my car still says "Get car serviced soon" every time I start it up. (There was an extra charge for fixing that). I was much less satisfied when I booked my car in to have a transmission fault looked at. After waiting a week for a slot and then them having it for the whole day, I was just told to take it somewhere else! The mechanic was quite happy to tell me that he had "no idea". Why was I allowed to book in my car for a transmission fault if this wasn't something they could address? In the meantime I paid £78 to find out I needed new top mounts. I thought I had approved a payment of £158 in the app to have them fixed. They stripped the car down to find out, yet it would take a week to get the parts to fix it. If they couldn't fix it, would it not have been a better idea to book the car in a week later so it could be fixed instead of me having to pay for it to be stripped down AGAIN to be fixed? Only after asking several questions whilst collecting the car AFTER I had paid, did I really understand what I had just paid for - and I left in a car that had the same faults that it had when I dropped it off. In decades of motoring I have never had a similar situation. To be honest, I don't feel like I am in safe hands here anymore.

Friendly, welcoming atmosphere and efficient service. Daniel was very helpful answering all our questions. We were very happy with our experience and new car.
