103. I’ve been here 7 years and I’m still not ready to move that should say a lot lol. Over all I love my apartment I love the staff, I love how they work with you when you needed. I love how quick maintenance request gets done that’s is a big 1 for me!!! If you’re 21-22 yrs old looking for your first apartment and/or not ready for a house this apartment is it!!!
The disadvantages of this apartment are noisy, poor air conditioning, you will be hot in the summer, I was not cold in the winter, but the heating is weak, for some reason there is a very high carpet at the entrance to the apartment, which prevents you from opening the door freely in the first months of your stay. In the summer, the pool is closed very quickly as soon as the fall comes, when it is still hot. No one cleans the common entrance and the basement, where the laundry room is located. the garbage chute in the kitchen is weak
This is our second year in this complex, so far so good. The maintenance staff is friendly and responds promptly. I like the services included with the rent. The pool is kind of small and can be crowded sometimes but it's better than many other apartment complex. Having a pool is definitely a plus for us since we enjoy it during the summer. I had no problem with rats or raccoons as in the previous apartment. I like to have washers and dryers on the building, since the buildings are closed, doing laundry during winter is not as hard as other apartment complexes. The temperature is controlled for all the apartments in the building, if I could have control of the temperature in my apartment during winter it would be great.
Our family has thoroughly enjoyed living at Sterling Park Apartments. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Maintenance does a great job with timely repairs. The grounds are well kept year round. Snow removal & salting is also prompt.
My family and I have lived here for several years. We have never had an issue while being here. The staff is always pleasant and communicates very well and maintenance is very responsive/timely.
My experience at Sterling Park Apartments was frustrating and disappointing. The complex is plagued with numerous issues that have significantly impacted my stay. Firstly, the rampant rat infestation, with rodents frequently seen outside in bushes and even on my window ledge, has been a persistent worry. Theyre out in the night time and the day time. The baseboard heaters are controlled by the complex, leaving me with no control over the heat in my own apartment (no thermostat just says hotter and warmer with a painted over knob I had to lay on my stomach with a flashlight to read). This created uncomfortable living conditions, particularly during the colder months. During the summer I basically had a roommate with the centipedes, spiders, and earwigs - an unpleasant experience, to say the least. The outdated air conditioning unit not only struggled to keep the apartment cool but also caused my electricity bill to skyrocket, often exceeding $100. With only one washer and dryer for every eight units, it was a constant struggle to find a convenient time to do laundry. The faucets in the unit were rusty, another sign of the aging and poorly maintained infrastructure. Especially when the sink flooded out my bathroom. The final blow was the change in attitude from the staff once I decided to break my lease. The once kind staff became incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. I'm confident theyre keeping my deposit. The walk through was incredibly accusatory and awkward. The man didn't even want to listen to me speak and was very condescending. Long story short, my experience at Sterling Park Apartments was awful. I would never recommend anyone to live there. Moving out was the best choice I ever made
