I have spent a total of three appointments at this location. I can’t stress enough how happy I am with both the service and friendliness of the entire staff. Physical training is not something you expect to want to do, especially when you are healing, but I find myself excited and eager for my next appointment! Kudos to the entire staff, and especially those who have assisted me personally.
Received pt for a total knee replacement . My 24 treatments helped me recover from a serious surgery. Everyone involved treated me with professionalism and made a difficult recover much better. This is my second time using Stepping Up and I was not disappointed. Great staff !
The last time I had physical therapy, the therapist would give me an exercise and go to another patient. At Steppin Up I was given 45 minutes of my therapist for that day’s full attention to make sure I was doing what I supposed to do correctly. I believe that is why my progress was so successful! Along with the friendly front desk staff, I would like to personally thank Isabelle Nguyen, Emily Ludwig and Nick Skinner for making my recovery enjoyable. Their patience and sense of humor kept me coming back for more!
Both my husband and I had therapy for different reasons with Hannah. She is amazing! The staff is so caring and professional and the center is well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend Auburn Road Clinic to anyone needing PT
Steppin Up Physical Therapy, has been a Great Place for Therapy! Everyone is Very Kind, Helpful, I have gotten Excellent Therapy to Help with My Sciatica Pain! My Therapist Isabel has done a Wonderful Job, Working with me! She is Very Kind, Sweet, Helpful & Makes me Feel Very Comfortable! She is doing a Great Job, Trying to Relieve my Sciatic Pain! That I have had for 3 Months, I Feel anyone would be Very Blessed to Try Steppin Up Physical Therapy! I am sure they would Work Very Hard, to Help anyone to get Feeling their Very Best! I would like to Add, I was so Thankful I decided to Try Steppin Up Physical Therapy! It was from seeing there Commercial’s on TV, it just looked like a Place that could Help me! Like I have said, from the Time You Step through there Doors at Steppin Up! You Feel Very Welcome, by Jen the Receptionist! Who Greets You w/ a Big Smilie & a Warm Friendly Greeting or Anyone Else that Might be Sitting at the Desk! I went to Steppin Up, for 3 Different Issues! I went From April-Sept. 2023, because of a lot of Chronic Health Issues! I did Not One Time, Feel like I didn’t Want to be there! Every Single Person who Works at the Auburn Road, Steppin Up in Fort Wayne! Is Very Friendly, Kind & Will do there Very Best to Help You Feel Better! I Worked w/ Ashley Smith she is there Clinical Director, You wouldn’t know it! She is Very Kind, Friendly & Very Helpful! Ashley seems like she is just the same as all The Therapist, they have a Great Team Working Together! I worked w/ Isabelle Nguyen, the Most! I was so Thankful to get to have her as My Therapist, she did a Wonderful Job! Helping me w/ all my Chronic Health Issues! She Works Hard, to Help You Find the Best Exercise to Help You! Plus You Continue at Home, to Help You Continue getting Stronger & Better! Then I also Worked w/ Lauren Siler, she is just as Kind, Warm, Thoughtful & Caring as Every Person at Steppin Up! She Works, Very Hard! To Help You get Better & to Feel Your Very Best! Plus just like Ashley & Isabelle, to Find the Best Exercise for You to do! For You to Gain Strength Back or whatever to Help You Feel Better! They also have, David & Julia that Helps Out so Much! After Your Therapy, You can use Ice, Heat are Many other things to Help You Out! They are right there w/ a Kind & Friendly Hand, to Help You Out! If You Need or would like to Try, Physical Therapy & they do Many other Kinds! Please Give, Steppin Up a Try! You will Not Regret it, I have No Regrets😊 Because when You go for Therapy in so Much Pain & Walking w/ a Cane! When You are Done & Feel so Much Better, Plus Your Pain is Gone! That is a Blessing & that is the Way You Will Feel! If You give Steppin Up, Physical Therapy a Try! I’m sure You won’t be Disappointed, Everyone Working at that Office!
