We loved Jackie! And Dr. Goytia!

This is strictly in regards to ear piercing, we love the location our daughter attends (Bridgeland/Fry) and we love Dr. B. But I am SO disappointed in the ear piercing after care. Our daughter got her ears pierced on 9/28 and we were told “if there’s any issues call or come back” We had an issue, not even 10 days later. The back of the “really hard to get off earrings” came off. She doesn’t mess with her ears, it just came off. I called and the the receptionist transferred me to someone (voicemail just said call center # 4) and I left a message. That was a Monday. Not satisfied, had my family take her the same day. They told my dad “we have no earrings here, just use the back of moms earrings to put it in” Bold assumption that I have my ears pierced but the bigger issue…. The earrings that were placed, are specialized earrings, plastic actually, so no random back fits. We bought new ones and had to physically remove the earring, which caused her so much pain. Fast forward to today, just over 2 weeks after getting them done, the other back came lose and was in her shirt. We are beyond careful when removing clothing, as first time parents are, and we decided to remove that earring and placed the second one we bought. I understand in this may not be “super important” but it’s important to us. The pain this caused my daughter. I’m so frustrated. Paid $75 for this to be done correctly and it didn’t even last 2 weeks. Oh, never got a call back either. I’m so happy we won’t be returning to this location.

We’ve been going here since I was a kid. And I brought my own kids here. Dr. Goytia is amazing and my kids love her. She really listens to my concerns. Dr. Clara is great too, which is who we see when Dr. Goytia is booked. The office waits are tedious but I feel like that’s normal with busy offices and large number of patients.

Horrible I’ve been bringing my daughter here for 6 years whit Veronica Goytia despite the horrible long wait I would still come back because my mother referred her to me but after today I will be taking my child elsewhere. My daughter appointment was at 2:15 I waited in the room till 3:07 and finally decided let me check what is going on. I told her I had been waiting about an hour already she has the nerve to say it hasn’t been an hour yet ARE YOU SERIOUS!! She mentioned she has been so busy whit kids that really need her attention. Mind you has not came once to the room to see why we are even here . Horrible pediatric!

Horrible Facility! We were told to come 30 minutes prior to our appointment in order to put the cream on the child’s ear. We arrived exactly 30 minutes prior to the appointment and was first directed to our room five minutes after. They put the cream on and told us 30-45 minutes for the num cream to settle. After an hour, we checked with the nurses and they said she will be there shortly - we ended up waiting about two hours and walked out. We then asked for a refund and again took their sweet time. After about 15 minutes they told us we needed to wait longer for a refund, as they were supposedly at lunch. We were also on our lunch break and had to go back to work and we let the nurses know that was the situation. As we walked off one of the nurses told us the appointment was at 12:45, not 12:15 - yet the nurse on the phone told us to be there 30 minutes early. Completely unorganized facility.

We love Dr. Garza. As first time parents we so appreciate his patience and the time he takes to explain our baby’s growth! Wonderful nurses!
