I love from the receptionist to Dr. Lorenzen. No waiting time was the best and doctor’s advice to growing my son was great. I’m sure that Dr. Lorenzen is the most experienced as a pediatrician

Dr. Lorenzen and staff are wonderful. He was very nurturing towards my son… that absolutely screams anytime we walk into a medical facility. I am very that I found Steeplechase!

We relocated from Michigan last year and this practice was the most recommended. I have 2 boys, 5 and 2. Dr Battikhi is absolutely incredible. My 5 yr old is chronically ill, so we have seen her a lot since we’ve been here. They ALWAYS fit us in same day. She ALWAYS treats him appropriately and listens to my concerns. I’ve been nothing but impressed with her. He was really sick with strep a few days ago and she went above and beyond in office when he was very anxious and upset. She even ran and got him (and his little brother) water and a lollipop to try and cheer him up. She’s my favorite pediatrician I’ve had for the kids. I’d recommend her every time.

Dr Lorenzen is the absolute best! I have entrusted him with my babies for over 20 years. He has helped us catch some scary medical issues and was always there to answer my questions after going to the specialist. He has a way of explaining things, even if it’s not his specialty he will research and calm me down until I was able to speak to the specialist. He calls to check up on my kiddos when they are sick. As a single mom facing it alone that means the world to me, and allows me to take a deep sigh of relief knowing we are in good hands! You do not get this level of care in every doctor, I wish we did, sadly it is rare these days. If you are looking for a pediatrician you can not go wrong with Dr Lorenzen and his incredible team. Love them all! I am blessed to have found them so long ago.

I was disappointed with the lack of communication received. My daughter had a scheduled appointment. I received a confirmation text and instructions on check-in procedures only to find this note on their door. The real kicker is that the A/C felt very comfortable. The number listed also did not have anyone answer. I am highly considering changing her PCP due to this error, which was easily avoidable.
