Starbucks Coffee

Friendly and welcoming service even though it looked to be quite busy. The queue was quite long but I was through it in no time at all, really speedy and efficient team. Nice and clean too, always a good sign.

I love this Starbucks! Staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you plus it’s so clean & tidy. Best Starbys around 👌🏻

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Not only a thin slice of banana bread is about 4.5 pounds but the coffee tastes like it burnt for 20 min on the stove or something. Could hardly drink any of it.

Coffee was OK as always. I asked if I can still place the order and sit there, I was told than yes and in a few minutes a lady brought my coffee and informed me that they are closing and so I had to leave the seating area. If I had known that I cannot stay there, I would not have ordered anything!

Do regular drug test for the staff,as well as a good training because and above all what they need,a unique boorishness,how disgusting! What a bad service all ready in morning! Change job girls! don’t treat the people like that! You are ruining the fame and reputation of this place!

Seriously miserable staff. Food and coffee as good as usual but service was terrible (and it was quiet).

Gave two stars just for the product. Terrible service. Staff using mobiles and standing around with tables littered and no cleaning being done. Hand sanitisers empty and the place not a good advert. We love starbucks and it is always our first choice normally. But never again in Liverpool Airport. Shake them up!!!
