St. Charles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Visited a week ago Friday 9/16 to look at new cars, to trade in our 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Met with Dave Z. super nice, test drove a couple of cars and answered all of our questions. We didn’t buy then but shared we’d be back. They were not super pushy and respected that we weren’t ready to buy then. Received two follow up emails to check in but again nothing pushy. Back again today 9/23 ready to buy. Dave and his team worked with us to find the best deal for the car we’re interested in - 2022 Grand Cherokee. They weren’t super pushy or overly salesy we just worked through the numbers and options together to find the best deal. We’ll be walking outta here with a new car. Had such a great experience with all the staff members. Edmund was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy going. He kept me updated throughout my entire buying process! I couldn't be any more grateful. The manager even took time and sat with us to see how our experience was. The finance man was superb too. No complaints and got the jeep of my dreams! I had an amazing experience working with Jimmy and Derek. I was a little anxious about making such a big purchase and Jimmy made me feel great about my decision. We worked together a few days before I arrived at the dealership and when I did he had everything ready to go. It was such an easy process. My search for a car has been so difficult the last few months because of my credit score, I was recommended this dealer by my manager. As soon as I came in Alex greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Let me tell you, from the second I sat down at his desk to when they congratulated me and cheered for me as I purchased my car, it was an amazing experience and would recommend Alex to ANYONE, he constantly asked if I felt comfortable and if I needed anything. He definitely felt like I was talking to a friend and not a sales associate and I couldn’t thank him enough. Not just him but everyone who helped me get a car. I love this location and I definitely will be coming back!

I had one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I worked with an excellent sales associate, Karen. She was welcoming and professional, as well as very knowledgeable about the cars and features that were there. She was not pushy but truly took interest in what I was looking for. I had a unique trade situation, trading in two cars for one, and wasn't sure it could be done. Along with Karen's help, her sales manager, Chris, worked out a great deal. The finance manager was also a pleasure to work with, going the extra mile to lower my payments and get me all the coverages I needed. Days after the sale, Karen followed up with me about my new vehicle. There were some small items that needed to be addressed, and she took complete charge of the situation and solved all my concerns. I absolutely loved working with this dealership, and especially my salesperson, Karen. If you do stop in, ask for her; she is awesome and will get you into the right car or truck. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience!!!
