Cool dining room — Great restaurant, great food. Great vibe a bit expensive but that's Merivale. The bread and burrata is so yummy and the lamb pasta Ragu was lovely. It just has a great vibe to it and it's a huge dining room. How lucky is Roselle to have that cool place right there?
Great antipasto! — Antipasto all the way! The bread is best every , and they even did a GF version for my wife . We shared about 9 wishes between 4 and way better than expected! Do it now
Great venue and vibe — Had a Saturday lunch with a mate. Walking in you see the small front pub then into the dining hall. First thing you see is the wood fire oven pumping out the fresh bread. Great start. Showed to our table by the friendly waitress and a quick rundown on how the best way to order. Sharing. We started with the wood fired bread with some delicious tomatoes , burrata cheese and salami. What a great start. Then we got the crab Reginette pasta which again was delicious then the whole flathead with a side a crispy potatoes. All were amazing. Then finally we had some dessert Affogato my friend got and I got the almond tiramisu. What a let down I’m sorry to say. I should have stopped a dessert but how can you when your meal was so nice. Why wouldn’t dessert be amazing. Well my friend’s affogato was ok but they didn’t get the amaretto with frangelico like it’s recommended. But the tiramisu I thought was let down. Too many almonds gave it a crunchy bite with every spoonful. I’m still getting bits of nuts out of my teeth. Also not much cake to soak in the liquor which it’s famous for. Just tasted like a crunchy cream dessert. Please don’t let my last comment deter you away as I’m definitely coming back. The staff are a 12/10. Great work
Great food but noise off the Richter scale — Saturday birthday lunch. Food was great as was service, but overall experience spoiled by off the Richter scale noise in the restaurant sadly. We were glad to leave as felt deafened by the noise. Would return for the food but not the noise :-(
Consistently good. — My second time to this restaurant. It didn’t disappoint. Right from the start the staff were friendly and helpful. We were seated quickly and drink orders taken immediately. Food and drinks arrived quickly. The food was very good. Faultless.
Vibrant and busy restaurant with good food — Vibrant atmosphere, staff friendly and they gave us a good table as it was an anniversary dinner with our family. Fairly expensive but the food was very good and we all enjoyed it.
Average experience — We entered the restaurant and there were a few families already eating. The front door person walked straight past us and was off to the side chatting. After 5 minutes or so a man walked across to her and reminded her that she was there to work. I certainly hoped that the food was better than the service. We started off with the fried calamari and bread that was very tasty. The longer we sat there the more waitresses arrived for work. There were so many of them, but they all just seemed to be hanging around and not doing anything. Our entrée plated were finally taken away. We ordered a glass of the house red that was excellent. Ah the main course arrives. Liz is having the pork, and I am having the wagyu steak. We also got baby potatoes and parmesan rocket salad. My steak was tougher than an old boot, Liz’s pork was better. The garlic potatoes were excellent and so was the salad. Our waitress was polite, and we took some of the food home with us. The music was load and the noise from the restaurant made it hard to chat. I guess my expectations were too high, overall, though the place was packed with cool and groovy people we had a pretty average experience.
Noisy, overrated and poor value for money. — We were a group of 12 and was told we needed to have the set menu. Not a problem. It was $92 pp. When the small servings arrived, I was gobsmacked. Food was presented on small bread and butter plates. One plate for every 4 diners. We literally had 2 tablespoons of food on our plates for every course. Ordered standard drinks and time to pay the bill. It was $134 pp and we all left hungry! Will never be going back.
Eaten better. — We went on a family do on a sunday afternoon lunch. My 3rd time there and it was my suggestionwe return. Must say was a tad disappointing. The starter's were ok but hard to go wrong with fresh deli meat cuts. The pasta was cold and not al dente. No parmigiano cheese was offered with the red sauce pastas. The prawn dish was excellent. So some comfort. Dessert was pretty ordinary and the worst limoncello I've ever tasted. Staff were friendly but by no means worth leaving a tip. So I doubt we'll be going back.
Over priced, over rude. — Over priced, over rude, great food. My sons 30 th birthday. 16 people. Had to wait for the table to be set so 15 min late, no drama. My daughter in law had my granddaughter on her lap asked for a high chair. Grand daughter is 14 months Waiter,sternly said you should have booked the high chair!!! Waited 35 minutes exactly to be served with our first drink. Had to go to the out waiter and ask for the second time to be served. Every thing was an effort. Or so it seemed. We couldn’t fault the food. It was delicious. Drinks prices are ridiculous. Bottle of Moët Around $160, Will never return
Variable food quality — Noisy busy evening- great evening out but food was variable and at that price it should all be amazing. My husband’s chair had 4 nails sticking out underneath which stabbed him when he pulled his chair forward! But a lovely prompt response from the manager to change the chair. The bread was truly delicious; pate perfect and prosciutto seriously good. The calamari and kingfish not exciting at all. The crab pasta was completely overpowered by garlic; Vongole pasta perfect, flathead too dry . Tiramisu and tart delicious. The vibe and company made our night greatvariable
Overpriced, overhyped... — Way overpriced for what I would call 'just average' Italian food. Definitely a nice venue but it did not live up to the hype.
Glad i can tick this off the list! — My husband and I, booked in for an early dinner, 5:30pm. It wasn't too crazy when we arrived but by 6:30pm it was very busy. However, we didn't find this to be a problem. Other reviews have complained about service. Our two young waiters (one male, one female and sorry no names) were great. They could not have been more attentive, friendly and helpful in food & wine choices. We feasted on the antipasti dishes which were all really good: peppers(fantastic and a great pairing with the burrata); lightly fried calamari-delicious; chicken liver parfait-perfect; and the cucumber stracciatella- very refreshing. The $17 woodfired bread did not disappoint. However, disappointingly finished by sharing a pasta( ziti with crab)- the pasta was cooked perfectly but the sauce was not at all to my taste- not a good texture, too much emulsified butter for me. We were sent home with a complimentary tiramisu which was delicious-thank you! I'm glad I came but don't need to do it again. The experience didn't quite make 4 stars, but that may be that all the Totti hype leads to higher expectations which aren't quite met. I would highly recommend anyone who likes this kind of feasting to try Braci in Willoughby.
Average food , really noisy — Noisy , average food , expensive for what you get. Wagyu schnitzel was dry, fish was good . Restaurant was extremely noisy Wouldn’t rush back

Overpriced, poor service and noisy. — Overpriced, poor service and noisy. I travelled from Port Stephens to take my daughter out for dinner for her birthday and she had chosen Totti’s. We were shown to our table and given the menu and that seemed to be the end of the service. After having to ask for our order to be taken our entree and drinks arrived timely however we waited over 40 minutes for our next course before I asked the waiter to check that our order. He apparently did but didn’t come back to tell us what was happening. Another waiter said there had been a “stuff up” and “we’re sorry guys”. The food then came. I would not go back …… there are plenty of other places that would value you more as a customer in terms of service and ambience. Definitely not worth the expensive price of their food.
Overpriced — Nice restaurant and service however the prices for what you get are ridiculous. Don’t bother as it is not value for money. Bowl of cherry tomatoes $14. A small bowl of pasta $36.
Totti's Rozelle — Popular venue but we thought it was over priced and the food was plain. We did not have the started so we cannot comment on that. There were no reasonably priced wine options.
Excellent food and service — Food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The staff were all so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll be back - thank you
Lives up to their reputation, suits big eaters with deep pockets. — This highly vaunted chain venue ( is 3 a chain? ) kicks goals in terms of atmosphere, good food and drinks choice. Drinks service got a bit out of sync towards the end but we enjoyed the tasty unusual cocktails to open. Overall, service was pleasant, knowledgeable and well paced. The food was in generous serves which it would want to be for the prices, particularly the starters. We had the perennial favourite, their house made on the spot bread with other shared plates. The mains pasta was tasty, we had lamb and pork varieties. Side: rocket and Parmesan salad was delicious but rather too large and the roast potatoes were more like deep fried and again oversized for us two lady diners. Some advice from the waiter to this effect wouldn’t have gone astray. It was insanely busy with too many staff to count but they seemed to know their stuff, and presented nicely to customers and each other ( makes for a good atmosphere when the staff treat each other well). We arrived 30 minutes early for our booking but they happily slotted us in, extra points to front of house! In summary, I’d be happy to try their other offerings and order more cautiously.
