What a great community. The apartments are spacious, clean, new. The staff, Aaron and Avery are awesome. I just moved to the Grand Rapids area and they immediately made me feel welcome in my new home and community. Close by the mall, restaurants, and any shops you could ever need.
Maintenance is very fast! They fixed the issue within 24 hours of putting in a maintenance request.
A very quiet and nice place. The amenities and location are perfect. Apartment feels new and like a home. Office staff especially Avery did a great job. I recommend Springs at the Reserve!

I've been living here for almost two months now and it has been amazing so far! The apartments are amazing, whenever my friends or family have stopped by they always comment on how nice everything is! There are so many in apartment amenities that I love especially the washer and dryer in unit and walk in closet. Community amenities are also amazing, I love that they have pest control and a trash pick up service. The staff are so kind and helpful, whenever I had a question or concern they are quick to help me out. The location is great, right down the road from the mall, grocery stores, and restaurants. This is definitely a place I could see myself for a while!
