Spring Oak Assisted Living of Berlin

My mother was a resident at Spring Oak of Berlin until her passing at age 97 late last year. We were very grateful to the amazing staff for their huge hearts and caring compassion, especially as Mom's dementia progressed. One thing she always raved about was the food, and she consistently said, "No French restaurant has anything on the chef here!" :-) The activities department under the direction of Terri Vogel is simply wonderful in coming up with new, creative and fun events for residents and volunteers like myself to participate in. Sherri Kohl is a terrific and accessible Director, with an excellent Assistant Director, Michelle Medora. Saving a huge SHOUTOUT to the nursing staff - THANK YOU for everything you did to make my mother's time at Spring Oak of Berlin a peaceful and safe one.

Very impressive operation. Glad I put mom there. I feel like she is receiving the best care. Its the least I can do for one of the most important people in my life. Hats off to the dedicated staff and manegment for your constant love, devotion and care.

Was recently there to visit a friend. super impressed. very courteous staff. Place looked tidy and well taken care of.

Dad’s a long term resident at this great facility & couldn’t be happier!!! A real winner in the industry!!! The facility is always in tiptop condition, the staff is amazing & professional, food seems to be superb!!! Overall a great place for your loved ones!!!
