Sold me a Toyota Yaris IA and I i am very happy with my purchase and the process! I really appreciated how little they tried to upsell me, just laid out the facts about the maintenance contracts that they offered. (You should still expect some car dealer shenanigans that are standard for the big guys. Never let your guard down.) Give this dealership a chance during your car buying process!
I would recommend this dealership over any other in the Jacksonville area! Everyone that helped us buy our new car the other day was amazing! Beanie and Alicia were so helpful, caring, personable, and polite! They answered all our questions and truly were 100% honest and transparent. They truly deserve so much recognition because they treated us so great I can honestly say it feels like a family as soon as you walk in!
I had a wonderful experience at Volkswagen of Jacksonville. Everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming, all saying hello to me. Riley was incredibly kind and made sure I was taken care of. He welcomed me while I was looking at cars on the lot and made sure all my questions were answered. Very nice salesman. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for your next Volkswagen!!
The Service advisor was able to get me into the shop for service within my limited time frame I had available and on short notice. She was great at drop off and delivery. Called me when the vehicle was ready and explained everything clearly as I picked up the vehicle after the Service Department was closed. The technician, Keith, did an awesome job with my service. Will have my Tiguan serviced here as long as I'm in the area!
This is a preliminary update. Later, I'll correct the grammar. I spoke with the manager of the service department following my most recent review, and they discovered the problem in my account. I'm getting my money back, and they informed me that my maintenance service contract is good for 70,000 miles. I appreciate your professionalism and quick response. I've been a customer for a while. Last time I bought a vehicle there, I also got the maintenance package. Last week I called to schedule maintenance and I knew I was close to the end. I inquired as to how many more scheduled maintenance appointments they had.I told them that I had 57000 miles. They said that is about 57500 miles. They will do 60000 and that will be the last one. When my wife went there, the car was 58000 and they charged her $120. I'm so mad. I was about to buy the id4 but now I don’t want to do anything with this dealer. And this is not about the $120. It is about how they lied to get me to the door. I was about to take it and they should have told me the truth.
