Tara was knowledgable and polite. In short, very professional. I am a former general property manager and I was impressed. She answered all my questions and offered info for questions I hadn’t even asked. The model unit was very attractive, nicely furnished to show its best features The grounds are well kept and the complex is not that noisy considering it is situated on a major road. The rental rate is higher for ground floor units. A 10- month lease is offered. I thought the rental rate a bit high considering the comparatively small size of the unit

I am currently in the process of moving to Virginia with a very small window of time and the team at Sparrows Point have been outstanding and very accommodating! Tara was very prompt and was able to squeeze me in for a tour of the community last minute the same day that I inquired about their property. Tara provided an excellent tour and pointed out all of the highlights. She even still agreed to give me a quality tour, even though the weather quickly turned into a mini monsoon the moment we stepped outside. She was very thorough in the explanation on how to apply, what the costs and fees were going to be, what is/isn’t included, and how to apply. First impressions mean everything, and theirs was awesome! They had me sold on the place before I made it back to my car to check another complex. Thanks Tara!

Very welcoming! The ladies in the office do an amazing job! We came in as walk-ins without an appointment and they made it fun and easy to looks at a few apartments and make the area feel fun and free. Absolutely recommend these ladies for anything you need for an apartment

I have lived here for 18 months and with previous management I was worried about moving out and being charged an arm and a leg as there were a couple issues that existed prior to me. I met with Beth and she reassured me and explained the process in a detailed manner and was super helpful and friendly! You can tell they are really trying to take better care of the property, landscaping, power washing, etc. Maintenance team has stayed the same and they have been very quick and friendly the entire time I’ve lived here.

Beth, was our tour agent and she was so professional and she was very thorough with the showings, she made sure we understood the pricing, availability along with amenities and what the community had to offer. I loved her energy and she was still able to meet the needs of her current residents while still being able to give us the time and attention we needed. This was the best experience I’ve had while apartment shopping.
