However, my friend changed her mind and decide to not take it without telling me. How do I know? Tyneal called her everyday until she answered the phone. I urgently gave her the keys, and she took the photos and posted for leasing immediately. Open inspection was next day, and somebody took it on that day, leasing advertisement was only on the market for 1 day!!! She updated me everything, very reliable agent! Now the tenant is about to move in. Highly recommend

Excellent services provided by Emma and Jorden. They have been managing my property in a very professional manner. Their communication is excellent. They deal with the troublesome tenant in a professional manner. Jorden and Emma are highly recommended. I rate them 5/5. There are other good agents in team but I haven't dealt with them. But overall Southland real Estate is very good.
