I have been a patient for two years, I feel totally comfortable with the medical service and also when I get my glasses. They speak both Spanish and English. If you need help at any time with the translation, you have the staff to assist you

Dr. Amber is a very knowledgeable, understanding, communicative and friendly doctor. I came in with a very unique issue that other Eye Doctors were very unresponsive to and she handled it the best way possible. Five Stars!

When you see a business with bad reviews, first thing that comes to mind is..."I am not going there." But what are the reasons for the bad reviews? Once in a while things happen within the business and it gives a reason for it to slack a little. when I think of a doctor's office, my priority is, how good is this doctor? Can the office use a more proficient training and operating manual that helps the staff learn a better way to answer the phones, certain question, in general, better customer support... sure it can... But the true question is... how good is Dr. Mitchell J. Greenberg as an Ophthalmologist? In one word? Phenomenal! Extremely knowledgeable in his field, eager to help solve the issue, adamant in making sure you get better and most of all, compassionate. Very few doctors take their time out of their busy day to call and make sure you are ok. I am glad I did not judge the book by it's cover and that I actually went into the office. Thank you Dr. Greenberg, you are truly a great representation of what a doctor should be today.

If I could I would give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional. Staff doesn't know when the doctor will be in. They never call to confirm appointment. They made an appointment at 9 am and when I showed up they said the doctor will not be in until 12. I returned at 11:45 and then they said maybe the doctor will be in at 1 pm. They never called me to let me know. I walked away because I can't deal with incompetent staff. DO NOT GO THIS OFFICE!!! STAY AWAY !!!
