I never felt heard by my therapist. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that she wasn’t listening at all during any of our sessions. The only “advice” she gave me AT ALL in the months I went to her, was suggesting I buy books that she looked up on Google. In other words, I was paying her to tell me to go buy something that will help me, instead of her. I don’t know why I kept going. Every session was basically her just sitting there in silence. She wasn’t worth my time, and she ended up quitting anyway! Don’t go here! There are way better options elsewhere.

The therapists here are a joke. Waste of money!!

Don't waste your time bc you won't be getting any Real help at these locations. Confidentiality means nothing here. Your info doesn't stay with your therapist + your file can and will be read by all staff members. You get set up with a therapist only to have them leave a few months later. Then you get to start all over again with a new one. Its amazing they even have a degree bc they haven't the knowledge to help. Stay clear of all locations. You will be discussed with other clients and clinicians. These locations are a joke!

The whole staff is real nice and helpful. Non judgmental of your situation. I'd recommend anyone here for help
