Ali with SOS was incredible to work with. Very positive, professional and of course successful with what I needed. I had mentally written off the summer after experiencing 2 other physio facilities that did not help or in one case made my injury worse. Ali restored my confidence in physio and will be my first call if I am ever in need again.
The staff are amazing here, super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been seeing Christine for a year now as I’m waiting for back surgery and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be able to walk. She’s absolutely a life saver and goes above and beyond.
I came in with Patella femoral Pain. Evan was super informative. He didn't just do the work, he answered my never ending questions and helped me understand what was happening. I received exercises and was taught how to do them. I appreciate that the exercises were built on. With lots of hard work and education, I am on the road to improvement and I am so happy with the help and support I got from Evan. THANK YOU
Ali Dings has been instrumental in helping me reduce and eliminate lower back pain over a short period of time through strengthening exercises of my core muscle groups and stretching as well. She does all of this with positive energy and a friendly manner. Ali is also a mixture of motivator and listener which is a rare combination. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a physiotherapist who knows her stuff but can also motivate and encourage you to do the exercises you need to do to get better and stronger. A real winner for sure!
The assessment session was very thorough, taking time to ask about the issue, what I had tried myself, and other details before any treatment was started. Very attentive, very helpful follow up sessions. I appreciated the honesty that a particular approach might not work (for the issue I had) so I knew what to look out for/expect. Then, try something else. I was given appropriate exercise 'homework'. Do your homework because what you experience informs the next step. I got relief sooner than I expected. I highly recommend the SOS team.
