Giving one star just because the sales team was good. Service is horrible. Everything I had them to do I had to have them fix or I fixed myself. They put slide toppers on that were too short. I had to drive back up from Florida for them to put on new ones that are wrinkled and needed re adjusted. The fridge they put in was I set too far and the doors are damaging the trim. The washer dryer they installed was not leveled to the rig and shook violently. They also did not give me all of the pieces to the washer dryer. They had to repair a part on my kingpin and were not going to torque the bolts down. Luckily I caught them in time. In doing some of this work they had to re-caulk around the front cap and a window. I could have done a better job smearing caulk with my feet. The gasket seal they put on they pieces together so it leaked. I ordered some parts after having a small accident and they shipped them to me marred and scratched. After some back and forth and calling for weeks they decided they would refund me but were only wanting. To refund the $20 for the trim piece and none of the $230 for shipping. When I asked the gentleman who was doing the refund finally they said it was their policy not to refund so I was lucky. When I asked if their policy was that if I ordered something and it arrived broken that I would not be able to be refunded they replied it was their policy not to refund anything that was ordered. Especially since they got it marred and then forwarded it to me damaged. I eventually settled for a $130 refund. If you are just planning to buy something you may be safe but I would stay away from parts and service.

Bought our new 303RLS here. Salesman was very nice. The tech spent several hours with us going over every detail of the RV. In fact, he had found an issue prior to our arrival and had already ordered the part. We went back the next week to bring it home. The tech setup our new hitch and even had it loaded on our truck for us, then again answered all our questions. Overall a very good experience and our tech (Tony) was outstanding!!!

Sonny’s did an amazing job! We had our camper at another place and after a year and a half of issues with them, we switched our repairs to Sonny’s and Leslie helped us tremendously! She communicated with us on every update and worked hard to get the required parts in. Finally our repairs are fixed and we are so happy! We will definitely go back to Sonny’s for our repair work!

I’ve bought Two Travel Trailers from Sonny’s. Bothe experiences were positive. When my new TT had a problem with the Air conditioning not working and needing replaced, they took care of me and expedited the warranty claim. Sonny’s got us back on the road in less than a week and saved our last summer trip. Sonny’s takes care of their customers.
