I took my car for detailing in the Green Car Park, 2nd floor at Erina fair and paid $279. When I returned home I could see all the areas that were not touched so I took photos and sent them a text as it was after their closing time. I was not contacted so I called them the next day and they told me to bring the car back which I did. They did not vacuum properly there were areas that were clearly visible that you could see were not vacuumed, in between the seats not vacuumed the windows were still dirty but they told me that it was the tint film that was coming off. Though it wasn't when I took it to them. They didn't clean around the petrol area. They said they don't do that. So at the end of the day it was a total rip off, of $279 for not detailing. Do not recommend SNAP car wash to anyone. They had an excuse for everything and not a solution.

Fractured shoulder had to go to SNAP. Man had pointed out he cannot remove a patch of mould on roof. Picked up to find still a film of dirt on mirrors and door handles. Further inspection a very poor all-round wash. A bit of spit removed this dirt easily. Man argued it is mould and they only wash with a high pressure hose. If it doesnt come off with that then it stays. Unless, I paid the $175. Home to try and wash car with left-hand. Dropped the car off at 845am with the detailing done by 930am. The boys did an amazing job cleaning the Ranger and would definitely recommend these guys next time visiting erina fair. Thanks fellas
