Needing to shop for new equipment, not having a clue what's available currently, I pulled smoke shops up on Google. I was in a moderate amount of pain, and primarily interested in someplace easy to get into and out of. Located next to Enterprise on W University I found Smoke City University. I couldn't believe the access... If it was just about proximity to the counter, this place would be my go to. Ease of access here is only the beginning, their friendly professional staff, knowledgeable in every aspect of their business, is matched only by the depth and breadth of their comprehensive selection. My sales associate was patient, funny, and so very, very kind. Isa went out of her way at every turn... From explaining how the different varieties of equipment worked, to the costs, benefits, and features of the different types, through the disparities, difficulties and costs for maintenance, cleaning and upkeep. We talked a lot about ease of use, maintenance, and most importantly, breakage. (neuropathy can make holding things difficult) Lucky for me, when I asked Isa to cut through the clutter and offer me her overall professional recommendation, she took all of what we talked about, including my finances, into consideration. Patiently describing why, based on everything we had discussed, she would recommend the effective, easy to use, charge, clean, and maintain Lookah® SeaHorse. She described in detail why she knew it would be a great choice for me. She even explained some tricks that would make it super easy and cheaper for me to maintain. Based on the confidence I had in Isa's knowledge, her thoughtful recommendation, and what seemed like solid economic sense, I made the perfect choice. I do shop around online and every one of the purchases I've made @ Smoke City University has been priced competitively. The only way they could make my purchases better? Maybe a drive-thru? From the extensive state-of-the-art selection and friendly knowledgeable professionals, to the competitive pricing and ultra easy access. Smoke City University... an outstanding shopping experience.

Top favorite place from the amazing artwork and organization of inventory most of all the workers such a vibe. They also play great music and are also super helpful. I like the decent prices on good vapes. Loyal customers showing my thanks.

making this place my regular smoke shop after my last experience! I went in to buy a lighter and some incense, and was immediately greeted by the kindest smiles from Jay and Taylor. Jay gave me plenty of recommendations after asking about my preferences for scents. As a first-time user of incense, Jay even gave me some advice for how to burn it. I purchased 10 sticks for $2.50, but I already know I’ll be back next week to get their 30 sticks for $7.00 deal! Taylor, the manager, has an obvious passion for this store & Smoke City. Man her hard work really paid off!! The store is beautifully organized & the open concept really makes you feel comfortable (compared to other shops that can be crowded and cluttered). I highly recommend this store for all your smoking needs because the staff is amazing & the deals are great! p.s. the mural is perfect and the lighting is excellent for taking pics & showing off your pieces once you buy them!

Lovely staff and great selection. Excited to finally have a smoke city so close by.
