The installers, Carlos and Bill, did a thorough job and the carpet looks great. They did a great job cleaning up and made sure we were happy with the job.

They have not updated their policies for estimates for Covid-19 and was told over the phone it’s been that way for 40 years and they weren’t going to change. Just wanted a rough estimate and could tell them all the sub flooring questions, exact tile I wanted, as well as exact dimensions. They would even talk without coming to my home about pricing. They could have tile me $7-$15/ sqft and I would of been happy.

I chose a shade of off-white carpet, but when it was installed - I had mistakenly chosen a shade that was WAY too white. With the Lee guarantee, Smiley Carpet replaced my carpet with another color - at no charge – living room, dining room and stairs - incredible! My steps were a very difficult installation; Smiley did a beautiful, professional job. I am very pleased.
