If hell is looking for a new ISP, look no further than Smartaira. UPDATE: If I was reviewing the service Victoria provided, this would be a 5 star review. But I’m reviewing Smartaira. If you enjoy long hold times and phone calls which turn to “we will call you back” this is the ISP for you.
In my experience, the customer service process took longer than I expected (for waiting to speak with an agent). However, the both Customer Service Representatives, Alice and Victoria, were amazing and very patience with my request. They were very attentive, listening carefully and ensuring that my request was handled properly and the issue that I had was solved. Victoria ensured personally that my issue were resolved during the call not matter how long it would take the call, and she was amazing!
Representative Michael was a great help in setting up an account for me. He guided me with clear and easy to understand instructions and helped save me money because now with an account I don’t have to pay the phone processing fee anymore. Much appreciated. An excellent example of quality customer service.
I just got off of a customer Service call with Leah and she got everything worked out and my new divides connected so everything is working great again. Smartaira has really been great to work with and this call was excellent. Leah had all of the answers and took really good care for me.
Victoria is perhaps the best customer service rep I have interacted with in the last two years. She demonstrates professionalism and natural friendliness. She also listens with both ears and has an aptitude for debugging and logical thinking. This woman is going to go far. Fred Messinger
