Female employee there doesn’t know anything about the products sold there and will sell you whatever as long as it fits in your device… I’m from out of town and needed coils. I was unsure of the correct coil and asked her to please find the correct one for me…. She pulls out a bucket and tries a few loose coil to see if they fit, well I was sold a box of coils that do not work in my device and ended up smoking tobacco products on my long drive home😔 people please do your due diligence if you are working on customer service🤓

Best staff; service and products. Would never use pharaoh again. Gave them 5 stars just to get 10 percent off phone repair and broke phone more. Switched to sky and they back the products they sell. The lady is the best.
