Skin lab is brilliant and friendly I always feel comfortable I see Magda who is extremely talented and professional I had a million dollar facial which was marvellous and previously had hydro facial which was marvellous to thank you Magda ⭐️
I won’t go anywhere else for my treatments! I often visit for treatments such as Botox, jawline, nose and lip filler …. All achieving the subtle and natural looking results I ask for. I also have had laser tattoo removal and micro needling to help reduce scars from surgery. I have also had cog threads a few times and the results have been amazing. All the staff, from the receptionist through to the technicians are friendly, helpful and professional. A great experience all round every time! Thank you Skin Lab x

I had CoolSculpting today at Beauty Box which costs £150 and takes about an hour. I travelled about 1.5hrs to get to the salon. It looked very nice on the inside and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. They have facilities for Coffee and Water but I wasn't offered any while I waited. I was treated by Magda, she was friendly and chatty, but she wasn't professional and the actual procedure wasn't done correctly according to how other practitioners and clinical studies describe the process. There was little to no discussion or examination of the area being treated before my treatment. She didn't say 'Hi' or introduce herself beforehand just told me to go into the room. She said the attachment they use at the salon "is only for very fat people" so she wasn't sure it would even work on me, even though other clinics say that it is ideal to get this done when you are close to your target weight and I am 32% body fat so I have enough for the treatment. It would have been better to mention this on the website before I travelled so far but it's a a very cheap price for this procedure and their Instagram describes the salon as "Award Winning" so I thought it was worth it. The machine wasn't set to the correct temperature for fat freezing ( all practitioners recommend -11C and I could see on the machine it was set to 0C but Real Temp was between -1-4C for the treatment) and when I asked if it would get colder she said she would only set it colder on the second treatment but was already recommending I don't get Coolsculpting again because their machine wasn't suitable, so basically I paid to not have it done correctly so I don't understand how I will see any results unless I get a second treatment. Also most people say to maximise the results you should massage the area in the 5 minutes after application before it warms up to agitate the fat cells but she never massaged me at all during the whole session even when I asked about it. She wasn't in the room for the majority of the time and just left me holding the machine on myself and only came in to adjust the placement once the timer ran out and to check on me and tell me I should get a different treatment because this one won't work.
