It was a great service at a very affordable price. Customer service was great too. Dont forget to ask for jisha for your hair services. ♥️ Satisfied

Entire good old staff was replaced or transferred or left the salon. Not as clean as it ONCE was. New staff not well trained. Hair cutting.. I was totally disappointed. Other treatments... I did not find the comfort in terms of cleanliness and with the personnel giving the service. Charges TOO HIGH for all services. Post pandemic, Simply Beauty prices have sky rocketed but overall standard has decreased.

Pathetic 🥺 the staff spoiled my eyebrows . If she doesn't know she should inform simply plucking the hair and atlast spoiled such a pathetic service. Only price they concentrate. never go there. One manager with braces on her teeth is pathetic not even caring if the staff did something wrong money minded .

HORRIBLE STAFF. I used to be a regular client here but never again! I used to go every week and they would give me new prices EACH time and I would have to explain that I’m a regular customer . Lately , no one of them wants to work and would say that they are busy or booked when in reality , all of them are sitting on the coach watching tv in the reception. P.s - they used to have an excellent staff long time ago but they changed most of them !!

This salon was the nearest salon to my cousin’s place. The one who did pedicure to me... she’s friendly and assisted me very well. She did a good job to my feet as well, i just forgot her name.. and the one who did my eyebrows, upper lip and waxing... she has light hands!! And the service was quick and i didnt feel that much pain at all. Their prices are bit expensive but the facilities are good... i just hope the other staff will be a little bit more accommodating.. it’s obvious there is a tension between among technicians. Overall, good service.
