She was very nice, I had a double root canal, the pain was bearable with the process to numb me i actually fell asleep..she was sooo kind and all of her staff. I was cold and she got me a blanket and they gave me a travel pillow to make me more comfortable. I would highly recommend this office!!!
I'm very serious when I say that my root canal took 30 minutes, and was almost entirely painless. Dr. Benison was great. She and her staff are friendly, and professional!
Terrible customer service. I was referred here by my doctor because of a severe toothache, and when I called to set an appointment they were very dismissive and not empathetic at all. They were only concerned with the type of insurance I had. Then when it was confirmed that I have insurance, the lady went on to say “well, we’re still not setting any appointments until after the first of the year…” and left it at that. She didn’t care at all about the pain I’m in or bother to offer suggestions on other offices that may be able to get me in sooner. I would not recommend them to anyone who’s ever experienced or given real customer service.
When I arrived for a root canal, Dr. Benison did not know what tooth needed worked on even though my primary dentist had already sent her my records and x-rays showing which tooth it was. She insisted on putting ice (yes, ice) on my back teeth to find out which tooth hurt the most, and that's the one she would do the root canal on. I was very uncomfortable with this because of the extreme pain that is causes. When I expressed that to her, she said "Well, then I'll do the root canal but we wont even know if it's the right tooth or not." I truly didn't even know how to respond. What professional says something like that? Long story short, I did not get the root canal done and I will not be back. I'm sure they do great work (if they actually know what tooth needs worked on), but don't expect Dr. Benison to be polite in any way. I was clearly very nervous about this visit when I sat in her chair and she only made it worse.
Our experience with Signature Endodontics was perfect. I had to take my 12 year old daughter in for a root canal and they made the process so smooth and painful for both of us. I am so glad we were referred to them.
