Signature Cuts

Twice I have gone to attempt to get a haircut during their posted business hours and while the open sign is lit up and it says "walk-ins welcome" theres not even anyone there

The communication in this place is terrible, there's no direct line to the shop. Someone answers but when I walk into the shop someone else took my spot. The barber thought the person he was cutting was me now I have to wait or reschedule SMH not good! Sometimes when I call there's no answer lol I called the number when I was in the shop and someone else picked up it sounded like they just woke up 🤣 terrible service!

Traveling for work and had to get my haircut. Homie cut me up just like my barber at home maybe even better. Definitely will be back soon

Great place, highly recommend. They were able to squeeze me in last second. I unfortunately was not able to show up, but I really appreciated the flexibility. Per other reviewers, they definitely provide quality haircuts and shaves. Down to earth and very reasonable. I wish I could have been a better patron, but urge others to check out Signature Cuts. Lesson learned, be respectful and more considerate of other’s time. Overall, would definitely try out in the future if possible.

If you want to feel stupid or like you annoy someone, come here. They make you feel right at home. Every time I come here, I repeatedly feel like I annoy the only barber there or inconvenience him by asking for a haircut (I will not say his name). Let me explain. I went there the other day with my son to get a haircut, with no appointment. I usually walk in there with my son without one, and it has never been a problem. This day, apparently, was an issue. I asked if we can get a haircut, and the barber tells me, “I have an appointment in 20 minutes…………………..” That was it, not even an attempt to give one of us a haircut. I would never expect someone to break their scheduled appointment but you mean to tell me you cannot give one of us a haircut in 20 minutes, and still make your appointment? I do not write reviews, and it is for the simple fact I cannot stand when people tell me how to do my job, but this person is providing a service, and most of the time a great one, but I will now be going somewhere else, somewhere different to somebody who actually wants my money.
