Sierra Group came yesterday to install my new roof. They got here early 6:30am and began removing the old shingles. The foreman Antonio was very professional. Antonio made sure his crew properly cleaned up after the job was completed. The roof looks very good. Allen was the Sales person that came to do the original estimate he worked with me and gave me affordable options. I also spoke with Yolanda to setup the install, she was always friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof. Thanks.

I have a house in Marmaduke, AR that Sierra Group Roofing was supposed to put a roof on, replace the siding, replace the gutters, and replace the screens. In June they were paid the payment that they require to start working on the house. I was told it would be two to three weeks to get started and maybe a week to finish the job and I would not have to pay anything else until the job was finished. They have not yet finished the roof. They pulled off the siding on the back of the house. The screens have not been touched. The gutters have been finished. They have not finished the job in SIX MONTHS, yet they have contacted me several times wanting me to pay in full for a job not completed. I have contacted them trying to get the job completed. It should not take six months to do a job that should take no more than a week. Today I was told Lowes has my siding and they will try to get to my house next Tuesday because they have other people scheduled. So, someone that was scheduled six months ago does not matter to them. If they do not get my house done soon, I will hire someone else and send Sierra Group Roofing the bill. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. My first house they did a great job. My father's house was not done as it was supposed to be done. He is not happy with the way Sierra Group Roofing did his roof. I just wonder how good the 30-year warranty really is and if a repair is needed how long will it take to get it fixed or what kind of work quality will be done. 12/9/2023 Sat 12/9/2023 12:57 PM I was informed that Sierra group had finished the project while I was at work. When I came home, I decided to walk around the house and look at what they had done despite the fact that I no longer had daylight. I immediately saw that they did not replace 2 of the 4 vinyl siding corners that they promised would be done. Also, they left all of the vinyl siding that they were supposed to haul off THE LAST TIME they were at my house. Finally, when they reattached my internet cable to the house that they had to detach previously, they left one section of it dangling down to the bottom of the siding instead of attaching it properly.  If this is what this company believes is a completed job, I don't understand how you are still in business unless you thrive on broken promises and extremely low standards.

Absolutely wonderful! The roofing team and office team were so friendly and helpful. The roofing team did a fantastic job on our new roof and an excellent job cleaning up debris and making sure no nails were left behind also. I would recommend Sierra Group to anyone for their roofing needs!

I just had Sierra Group Come out and do my Roof , I am very pleased with how they did the job . They came in and were very nice and professional and very clean . Thank you to Allan my salesman for helping me get approved through my insurance, will definitely be recommending them .

They did an EXCELLENT job on my metal commercial roof. I have had so many try to "fix" it over the years but this is the first time in 15 years that it can rain and there is NO water in the building! They worked super hard, did a great job, and Price paid was same as the estimate given!! Would definitely recommend!
