I am extremely disappointed with the experience from this showroom. I made an inquiry for a new Activa with their MANAGER at Charumood. They had promised many times to visit my place to evaluate my old bike for exchange and proceed with a new one. Despite continuous follow-ups and reminders, no one showed up or kept their word. The lack of professionalism and commitment is very frustrating. I expected a smoother and more responsible experience from a reputed brand like Honda, but this was quite disappointing. Aji John
