I went to show off beauty lounge to my hair cut n facial o my god tha facial massage was like heaven n the hair cut was amazing they have very good PKG s every one Should try ones thank you for the good service ,,,,

I had one of the worst salon experiences.I came to know about the salon through a hair dresser whose name is Remo.Since he joined there i had gone for a haircut and later one day i went for few other services.I was not aware that Remo was no more working there that time.I wanted to get waxing,facial and pedicure service.The lady named pooja came and started my waxing.She burnt my skin and even pulled the wax strips so bad that my skin ripped off in few place.Even after telling her and showing her the condition instead of atleast apologising she just ignored saying that I should put some astringent at home.This is the first time in years that i faced this horrible service.On top of all I had already paid for the pedicure and facial so by no choice I had to get it done since she already had convinced me for those services.She asked another lady who was not looking a professional beautician to do half of the facial service.That lady was a care taker i suppose over there.Later she also asked that lady to do my pedicure.This untrained person did my pedicure without knowing that the scrub was to be applied before the pack.She was so unprofessional.Instead of attending her client she just gave the work to an unprofessional person who was not trained also.After paying so much I still had the worst experience till date.

I had a terrible time with nail biting and enquired many places before going here. They were really patient with my case and Richa really helped get perfect extensions she even explained the process and I felt really happy with this experience. Thank you Richa and Showoff team !
