The customer Service lady MERIN at 10th Line Shoppers was very helpful and processional.

There are well-stocked and consistently provide good service. Just this morning, one of their attendants, Mary Jane reminded me about the spin the wheel points and I managed to get some extra points out of that. Staff are always courteous and I always manage to find everything that I’m looking for often at good discounts.

I needed to purchase a large number of PRESTO cards for my non-profit organization and was running late and because it was a big purchase, a few stores turned me away as it was around their closing hours, which was stressful. The manager, Subhan, truly went above and beyond by asking his staff to help me complete the purchase despite the time and size of the transaction. His understanding, and willingness to help genuinely saved my day. I’m very grateful for his support and professionalism.

I received excellent assistance and support from Pharmacist Amir Akber Ali at this location. I accidentally entered the wrong address online to make an appointment for a minor illness assessment. Despite being very VERY busy, he did not turn me away. He made time to patiently help diagnose my issue and showed me great patience and understanding. I am so grateful. 🙏 Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

I’m honestly beyond pissed at how I was treated today at the Shoppers (Stephen Lewis location) by the manager, Cindy. The way she acted was unbelievable. I was with my friend, and even talking with a worker from FreshCo, and out of nowhere Cindy storms over and starts yelling at us like we did something wrong. Her attitude was straight-up rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Then she takes it even further and accuses us of stealing in front of everyone. Like seriously? We’re customers. She had ZERO respect. We checked everything, I even showed the cashier proof that we didn’t take anything. And after all that, all she says is, “You’re good, go out.” No apology, nothing. I’m mad because this is not how a manager should act. You don’t talk to customers like garbage, you don’t make false accusations, and you don’t start yelling before knowing the facts. The way she handled everything was ridiculous. Cindy needs to learn how to treat people with basic respect. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.

I had such a great experience with Ikra at the cosmetics counter! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to understand what I was looking for. Her product recommendations were spot on, and she explained everything with so much care and patience. It’s rare to meet someone who makes shopping feel this personal and positive. Ikra is a true gem, professional, kind, and passionate about helping customers feel their best. Shoppers Drug Mart is lucky to have her!
