After visiting all the major DIY stores without success to fix a leaking faucet internals, contacting SHI was a cry for help. And they were able to help us with a workable solution! They provided us with a high-quality internal system—better than the original. We now have a working toilet basin again—and sustainably, as buying a whole new faucet would have been a waste. Thanks so much, SHI!
The box of a beautiful black bathroom siphon (bought at Praxis) was missing an essential rubber ring to connect the wall pipe to the siphon. Good advice was expensive, as I was visiting my daughter in Austria to, among other things, connect this siphon. I decided to email SHI and explain the problem. I had a reply within 10 minutes. Of course, we'll send the ring, and free of charge. So simple, yet so convenient!! So I'll have to go back to Austria soon to install it, but that's no hardship. Excellent company. After using a faucet for a year, there was a technical issue. This was handled very efficiently and included a full warranty!
Excellent service. A few years ago, I bought a toilet sink from Hornbach. The soap dispenser leaked and was becoming unsightly. SHI provided a new one without any problems. Top-notch company!
I definitely don't recommend that place.
