After my appointment I got a random text from Amar pharmacy which was quite frightening because I never heard of them, I called and found out the office decided on their own without consulting me to send it there. When I questioned that practice they said they didn?t want me as a patient anymore mid treatment and have not completed my treatments but charged me for them. This place is a SCAM! Stay far away.
Everyone was wonderful! Professional courteous and nice. The women up front were great and welcoming. Kim took all my information and Vanessa was the one I saw for my appointment. So satisfied. I will definitely be back. Thank you all!
A little over a month ago I made appointment to help clear up acne problems I was having. Immediately Dr. sheth knew what was going on. Still in the works of clearing up my acne but so far everything is working and helping. I felt comfortable and hopeful with my visit. This business is very organized and clean. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend going here.
I love going to see Dr. Sheth because I am always greeted with smiling eyes by her staff. Dr. Sheth has amazing bedside manner and makes me feel so comfortable. She never tries to over do or over sell anything. She truly is helping me age gracefully. I am so thankful to have her as my Dermatologist.
terrible front desk service. off the bat, uncooperative and seemingly rude even to new clientele. the over the phone service is even worse and the only reason i keep coming back to this office is because the actual physicians are great and work to fit your skin care concerns. if it weren’t for the great service from the physicians, i would’ve found another office by now. the front desk has a snappy attitude. when i came in for my first appointment, even getting signed in was terrible and the front desk acted as if the customers were a bother. i recently called in to make a follow up appointment and when i called THREE times all i heard was “sorry i can’t hear you” followed up by a quick hanging up of the phone. they didn’t even let me speak before they just said that and hung up the phone, refusing to be of any help. i called until i was able to get someone helpful on the phone and then made an appointment. overall, great physicians. terrible front desk service.
Came in to remove numerous skin tags, most near my eye and on the eyelid.. I could tell they were busy and they tried to rush through my procedure to get to other patients. Very uncomfortable and not the most pleasant procedure when it involves the area by the eyes. After removing two, my eyes welled with water from the high intensity light being held right in my eyes, which begged me to have them stop for 30 seconds so I could at least wipe my eyes to get comfortable. Dr Sheth was obviously upset about that and left to take care of someone else and I laid there for 15 minutes before they came back to finish. Never have I experienced a feeling of indifference from a doctor like this until today. I will be looking for another dermatologist going forward..
