We pull up and pay for gas. Then my mother in law needed the restroom and the lady made my husband pay for something in the store.

Clerk was so helpful. I had so many questions about their products and she was very knowledgeable. I got exactly what I was looking for. Store and restrooms were nice and clean. I'll be back anytime I'm in the area.

I cannot express how much my husband and I appreciated the clean restrooms at the Shell Gas Station located at 1699 Main St, Chipley, FL. We’re often on the road and this was by far the cleanest ever! The store was also organized and the manager and cashier were hospitable and vey pleasant as they provided excellent client service! Great job guys! May you and your business prosper in all you do, in Jesus’s name we pray, amen!

I love this Shell and hate having to get gas anywhere but here. Lela is my favorite cashier. She's always working hard and knows her stuff. She deserves a raise!!!!!!!! This woman goes above and beyond to take care of customers. She is pleasant and always remembers what kind of vape I usually buy.. The bathrooms are clean and smell nice. The shelves are always stocked and the tobacco/vape selection is the best in town.

Would do only 4 stars due to a couple of the pumps being down, but the cleanliness of the restrooms and the organized products that are STOCKED make up for it. Older woman was very sweet and disinfected the restroom after I had used it. Goes a long way. Nice place to take a rest off the highway for me.
