Sheetal's Hair, Beauty and Laser Clinic

I had called in advance to let the salon know what I wanted and specified this 3 times. I was given a certain price. When I went to pay, it was alot more than discussed. Not once on the phone was I told that it would be so ££ much extra. When it came to checking to make sure all hairs were waxed off, I had to do this. The therapist did not check herself first to make sure. I have never experienced this in my life. The only good thing about this place was my eyebrows. Absolutely shambles.

Ladies & Gentlemen, Welcome to the worst salon in Northwood. They are great at taking your money, the worst customer aftercare service and putting on a fake smile. I came here to get both of my ears pierced. I returned after a couple of weeks as I was struggling to take out the studs they had pierced my ear lobes with in order to place the diamond earrings into my ear lobes. Upon arrival, I was treated as if I was a nuisance, and I was told, believe it or not, to get out of the salon along with it not being their responsibility to help me. Absolutely pathetic service. A disgrace of a shop in such an amazing area being Northwood. I would not recommend anyone to get any beauty treatments done at this Salon at all.

I have been going to Sheetal’s for a while. I get my threading and beauty treatments done from Soni. She’s a really lovely person and very skilled at what she does. Apart from being fantastic at what she does, she is always very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Soni for any beauty treatments :)!!!!! My wash and blow dry was done by Lida. She is highly professional and skilled and really did a fantastic job. She is always busy but tries to accommodate an appointment when she can. The hairstyling done by Lida is hands down the best I have had done so far :)!!

The haircut was not good at all by Lina. She did not section my hair from the back and just did a straight cut. The layers were cut cut too deep at the front so now it looks too short. Disappointed and paid a hefty price of £22. My previous hairdresser Priya was excellent. Will not be going to Lina or Sheetal's ever again!

Highly unprofessional!!!! Under staffed poor staff was struggling. Had my hair colour done kept it for 1.30 hours!!!!! As they were busy with other clients! Had manicure done nail paints were all out of date! Tried twice and never fried just ended up leaving without one had to relive the nail paint as none would dry. Very disappointed. This is northwood and not any other area you need to up your products and services according to the quality of your clientele! This is the second time I have had the same experience with manicure nail paints wouldn’t dry both the treatments took them 2.45 hours yet incomplete! Only good for eyebrows!
