Sharp Barbers

I went into his shop after a rash appeared on my sons head due to the haircut. He had skin fade. All I was seeking was an apology and it seems these days it’s very difficult to get an apology… instead the guy refused to apologise, at this moment I told him I was video recording him and every interaction was recorded. Whilst I left he start following me to the car and then swore at me. He was very provocative and acted even more stupid. If my child was to end up in hospital due to an infection because of his filthy trimmers, then I will sue him through small claims court applying the consumer rights act 2015. The hospital can easily write you a report…He owes us a duty of care due to his skill of being a barber. He has failed in customer service and has failed miserably as a barber due to his filthy trimmers.. they do say never judge a book by its cover, well it’s true! Been coming here along time brilliant bunch of lads. We travel quite far to get our hair cuts as there are about 20 barbers we pass. my lad funny with people cutting his hair so 5 stares from us
