If i vould rate this NO STARS!!! i would. Horrible management they reply late! im 100% happy we are out of this place! They “updated” it and it looks like they DIY’d the place.. everything was falling apart…ikea gone wrong situation. If you wanna pay an arm and leg here go for it.
Are you kiddddddding me?????? $1600ish for that dumpy apt complex? Give me a break, give me a 2by4 whacked across my forehead . This does nottttt include $100 plus in quarters for laundry, this does not include the lovely expennnnsive cost of baseboard heat(cold winters will give you $300plus power bills each and every month) this does not include the cost of running a window air conditioner in our roasty toasty summers. No way, not ever. Where’s the old property management? Wheres Glen? Hit the bricks Table Rock, we dont need greedy management here…. Get lost. Do not rent here, warning between rent and utilities, it will cost you $2000 plus to live there
Terrible since table rock has taken over. Avoid at all costs. I think this is the worst job of management transfer I have ever seen. So much conflicting information. Most of our washing machines have been down for weeks and now for multiple days there are no working washers. They say they can send somebody tomorrow but if they cared about their residents they would come down their self immediately. This has already been a known issue for some time. Such an inconvenience for a place that already does not have enough washers and dryers.
AVOID. used to be good when Glen managed. Now they have table rock and everything is downhill. Raised prices and no improvement. No washer dryer in unit, 5 washing machines for whole property. The apartments are falling apart inside and out. This property management company is rude, terrible lease terms, charges a fee once you’re out of a lease if you don’t sign new right away. Doesn’t allow lease takeovers.
2 story 2 bedroom apartments. Established community in the central bench. Good pricing and amenities. Onsite 24 hour maintenance and management.
