I can't recommend Mark enough. I've had a sore tight back for 3 days that has restricted training and my work. He spend time understanding the issue and rectifying it. I feel like I've got a new spine!

First time to Shaka Massage today which was a totally enjoyable experience. Mark was welcoming and professional and I left feeling refreshed and extremely satisfied with my deep tissue massage. He targeted all the areas I’d requested which has definitely taken away the tension and pain from working from home on a PC. I've just had a sports massage from Mark @ shaka sports massage. I was nervous before I got there but once I met Mark he made me feel comfortable and I soon relaxed. I had some lower back pain and contacted Mark to see if he could help out. After an hour of deep tissue massage I'm already feeling the benefits. I shall give an update in the next few days. My name is Judith Eastwood, me and my husband Stephen has been seeing Mark Stanley for about 4 years. We had and still have professional massages from him and I can honestly say within this time my back back has improved immesley and I do continue to have regular massages with him. I remember a time I couldn't get out of bed or walk down the stairs without Stephen help. I contacted Mark and he came over to see me but before he massaged me, he checked to see if I had a slip disc, which I haven't. He helped me to get walking again and gave me some stretches to do and told me to drink more water. I decided to join a local gym and asked Mark for his advise on what to go onto, I also do aerobics excise from home from my DVD on a regular basis. Mark advised me to do burpees and squat exercise to help me lose weight. Mark is a real professional he gives excellent advise. Thanks to Mark he believed in me when I didn't believe in myself I would recommend Mark to anyone. He's also massaged my husband Stephen, Dad Terry, sister Janice and brother-in law Chris.
